US Headliners: Your ticket(s) will be delivered via email closer to the event.
Korean Headliners: Tickets will be operated as Smart Tickets. Smart Tickets can be accessed via the mobile app or the “My Page” section on the website. The barcode will be activated on the day of the event. After presenting the activated barcode at the on-site ticket booth, it can be exchanged for a wristband.
The purchaser must present a valid ID when exchanging for a wristband. (Proxy collection is not permitted.)
Wristband exchange is permitted only once. (If multiple tickets are being exchanged, not only the purchaser but also all attendees using those tickets must be present at the ticket booth with valid IDs for verification.)
Tickets or wristbands cannot be held for attendees arriving late.
The attendee is solely responsible for any lost wristbands. The organizer/promoter/partners assume no responsibility for lost wristbands. Please keep them secure.
Tickets are non-refundable on the day of the event.
